Building and maintaining productive, happy teams always comes back to the same thing: Trust.

Being a kinder person is about being honest, good communication and creating safety with those you work with. It's about committing to building trust with them and proving that you can be trusted when the shit hits the fan.

I've put together my advice for how to be a Kind Engineer (and kinder in general) with specific advice on:

* Working better in a remote world
* Communicating with, and being open & honest with your colleagues
* Giving AND receiving feedback
* Creating a sense of safety through being inclusive and embracing failure

Feel free to read it and share it with your coworkers: https://kind.engineering/
